What we collect and why

For orders, we use your email address, order details, billing country and payment status to deliver files, support purchases and keep transaction records. Stripe processes payment and billing details at checkout; we do not receive or store your full card number. A secure download token limits access to your files. For a personalized map, we process the city, title, date, message and optional coordinates you submit to produce the preview and download.

If you request an uncovered city, we store the place and your email to respond if we add it; that request does not sign you up for marketing. We record newsletter consent when you opt in through the site or checkout, and use that email for new-print updates if sent. You can withdraw consent by emailing us. We also receive messages you send to our support address and use them to answer you.

Services and site data

Stripe processes checkout payments. Resend sends transactional order and download emails on our behalf. Our hosting and delivery services process normal technical data, such as IP address, browser details and server logs, for site delivery, security and troubleshooting. We do not currently load a separate client-side analytics tracker on the storefront. If that changes, this policy will be updated.

Retention and sharing

We keep records for as long as needed to deliver and support orders, comply with applicable accounting or legal duties, and handle disputes. Download links expire after 30 days or 10 uses, but that does not mean all order records are deleted then. We share data with the services above only as needed for these purposes, or where required by law. We do not sell customer data.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or object to certain uses, subject to any records we must keep. Email [email protected] with your request. You can also ask us to stop marketing emails at any time.
