Refund Policy

Our products are digital files, delivered by download rather than shipment. Once a valid order has been fulfilled, we generally do not offer change-of-mind refunds. Please check the product details and any preview before you order. This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.

If a file is defective

If a download is missing, corrupt or does not match the product description, contact [email protected] with the email used at checkout and a description of the problem. We will investigate and first try to fix the issue or send you a working file or a fresh download link. If that does not put things right, we will provide any refund or other remedy required by applicable law.

EU/EEA orders and withdrawal

We currently do not fulfill orders from EU/EEA billing addresses. If such an order is paid, we automatically refund it and do not provide a download. For digital content not supplied on a physical medium, EU rules allow the withdrawal right to end after supply begins only when the buyer has first expressly consented to immediate supply and acknowledged the loss of that right, and the other required conditions are met. A policy statement alone is not that consent. This does not remove legal rights if the digital content is faulty.
