These terms apply to digital downloads purchased from Cozy Wall Prints. Questions or order problems? Email [email protected].

What you buy

We sell downloadable print files, not a physical print, frame or shipping service. The product page describes the files, formats and price for each item. Check the description and your preview, where offered, before paying. Prices are shown in US dollars; your payment provider may apply conversion charges.

Payment and delivery

Checkout is handled by Stripe. After a successful payment, a download link appears on the confirmation page and is sent to the email address entered at checkout. The link is available for 30 days and up to 10 downloads. If delivery fails or a file is damaged, email us with your order email and we will help or send a working copy.

Where we sell

At present we do not fulfill orders from EU/EEA billing addresses. If such an order is paid, it is automatically refunded and no download is provided. This restriction is separate from the refund rules for fulfilled orders.

Your use of the files

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive license to download and print the files for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense or upload the files as products for others to download. Copyright and other rights remain with Cozy Wall Prints or the relevant rights holders. Map products may include third-party geographic data with the credit shown on the product and in the files.

Problems and legal rights

See our Refund Policy for defective files and cancellation information. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that cannot legally be excluded, including statutory rights concerning faulty digital content. We may update these terms for future orders; the terms shown when you order govern that order.
